Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital has been serving the people and pets of Menomonee Falls and Brookfield for over 50 years.  In 2007, the clinic was purchased by Doctors Jennifer Bloss and Denise Follett.  At that time, it was decided that a name change was in order so we officially renamed the practiced Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care, Inc. We felt that this more accurately demonstrated the extensive range of species that we now treat.  Six years after the purchase, our brand new, 6,400 sq. foot, state of the art veterinary hospital was built.

Over the years, our close-knit family of clients and patients, whom we consider to be an integral part of who we are, has grown tremendously, mostly by word of mouth.  People came and brought their cherished pets, saw how we treated them with dignity, respect and compassion, and felt the difference our individualized approach to animal health care made. They couldn’t help but share their experience with their own friends and family.  Today, we are proud to be the trusted veterinarian to more than 3,000 local pet parents – a number that we hope continues to grow.

The patients we treat include just about every species of small household pets; from traditional companion animals like dogs and cats to pocket pets, such as guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and mice, to birds, reptiles and other exotics.  We are one of the only practices in the area to offer comprehensive veterinary care services for exotic animal species.  Many of the other veterinarians in the area regularly refer their exotic patients to us for care and treatment.

In addition, to our unwavering passion for animal health care, we are also committed to giving back to the community.  Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care provides reduced cost services to many non-profits in the area; including Wildlife in Need, Wanakia Wildlife Rescue, Aves Wildlife Rescue, Center for Avian Rehabilitation and Education, Seniors Rock, Schlitz Audubon Center, and the Humane Societies in the area. We also give many tours to area girl and boy scout troops, and speak at many career fairs and schools to students of all age groups about the fields of veterinary medicine and animal care.
