We just wanted to say a big “Thank You” for all your time and help caring for Mandy’s care these last few months. We miss her terribly but know she is in a better place and no long suffering. I can’t thank you enough for all your help and kindness I wouldn’t have trusted her in anyone else’s care!

Dr. Follett we wanted to thank you for all of the years you took such good care of Pouncer and Tigger. Saying goodby to Pouncer was one of the hardest thing we’ve had to face, but we really appreciate the compassion that you and your staff showed us. Hopefully when we are ready to bring a new kitty into our lives, our paths will cross again

First time I brought Mickey in I had another vet that refused to see him for 3 days. I stopped by your office and got him in the next day with Dr. Wittenberg. He had a torn paw pad and you saw him and treated him right away. I changed to your clinic for Mickey right after that. Was also able to get him onto a steady regiment with apoquel (excuse spelling) for his grass mold allergy. On Friday I picked Mickey up from day care and was told that he had been squinting all day and that his right eye was very swollen. I immediately came home and called you and was told him to bring him in on Saturday morning at 8AM for him to see Dr. Follett. Dr. Wittenberg, who treated Mickey the first visit was not available. I was also told that if he seemed to be getting worse to get him to the emergency room. He settled for the night and I took him to Dr. Follett at 8AM on Saturday and she did a lot of testing on him and explained what the problem may or may not be and did the necessary tests to find out what caused his eye issue. I should get the results today. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that Saturday appointment. That is the 2nd time I have had a need for Mickey to get treatment right away and that is the 2nd time you arranged to get him the help he needed. I was more than impressed, I was (am) extremely grateful. You not only “talk the talk, you walk the walk”. Thank you so much

Thank you so much for helping me with Jack. Not only did you take the time to see him in between your appointments; you also gave me a perfect clay print of his little feet. My parrots are my babies, and I trust you completely with their health. Thank you for the compassion you showed my little guy!

Dr. Bloss, Thank you for your care and concern, not only for Charlie, but for us. I know your schedule was full, but took the time to explain everything to us and showed such deep compassion for our daughter. We left your office in tears, but on the ride home we were treated to a beautiful sunset. I think that was Charlie’s way of letting us know he made his journey O.K. and not to grieve. You have left a lasting impressions of love and concern and we truly appreciate that…

We love the tender, professional and all-encompassing care your staff and Dr. Follett give our cat, Stavy. We never feel rushed, and we can see the love you all feel for not only our pets, but others as everyone, including pets, are warmly received the minute anyone enters your establishment. We know that your knowledge is invaluable and we would never go anywhere else. Many years ago, Dr. Follett “saved” our house bunny, Thumper. We had come to her for a second opinion after a different vet said that she had a cancerous mass and needed surgery immediately, from which she may not recover. Dr. Follett tenderly examined Thumper and after a few tests, deemed her healthy, but just a little over weight! We loved our bunny for 5 more years after that, when she passed away of old age at the age of 12! Thank-you all for your care……It is greatly appreciated!
