New Flea/Tick Preventatives for Puppies

Dr. April Wittenburg attended the VMX Veterinary Conference in January. This is the largest veterinary conference in the world!

At the conference she attended many hours of continuing education in small mammal dentistry, local and regional nerve blocks, chronic pain management, and anesthesia management of exotic species and more!.

One of the highlights was the introduction of a new monthly oral flea/tick preventative called Cordelio. This product can be used in puppies as young as 8 weeks of age.

We now offer Cordelio at Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital!

Since we live in such a high tick area that year round tick control is so important. We are so happy to be able to offer puppies an alternative to topical products for ticks. Call us to find out more about this new product!
